Yes, all our notaries public are Advocates of the High Court of Kenya with at least five years of legal practice experience. Appointed by the Chief Justice, their credentials can be verified via the Judiciary of Kenya's official portal at jams.court.go.ke/search-advocate
No. Your initial payment covers the entire process, including any necessary corrections or revisions.
