Performance of a Contract: To connect you with a Notary and fulfill your booking.
Legal Obligation: To comply with Kenyan laws regarding the verification of deponents.
Consent: For any marketing communications you choose to receive.
We do not sell your data. We only share information with:
Verified Notaries: Only the specific Notary assigned to your case receives the information necessary to perform the notarization.
Service Providers: Secure payment processors and cloud hosting providers who adhere to strict data security standards.
Legal Authorities: When required by law or a court order from the Kenyan Judiciary.
The security of your legal documents is our highest priority.
Encryption: All documents are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols during transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
Retention Period: We retain Identity Data and Transaction Data for as long as required by the Advocates Act and tax laws.
Document Deletion: Unless otherwise requested or required for a specific legal reason, digital copies of the documents uploaded for notarization are automatically deleted from our active servers within 30 days of the completed service.
